Carol Dunne
Artistic Director cdunne@nlbarn.org Carol Dunne is thrilled to return for her fourth season as Artistic Director of the New London Barn Playhouse. In past seasons, she has directed The Pirates of Penzance (9 New Hampshire Theater Awards including Best Musical and Best Director), The Producers, I Hate Hamlet and A Grand Night for Singing at the Barn. Carol is also a Senior Lecturer of Theater at Dartmouth College, where she recently directed the record-breaking productions of The Rocky Horror Show, Hair and this season's Eurydice. In 2010 she was the recipient of Dartmouth's Distinguished Lecturer Award. Carol continues to work as an actress and freelance director, most recently appearing in the Barn's production of Picasso at the Lapin Agile opposite Gordon Clapp. Prior to that Carol appeared in the Northern Stage productions of CATS (Grizabella), Private Lives, (Amanda), Lend Me a Tenor (Diana), and Dancing at Lughnasa (Agnes.) Notable directing credits are Kiss Me Kate and Songs for a New World (Northern Ohio Live Nomination) at Cleveland's Cain Park Theater and On Golden Pond at the Cleveland Play House. Prior to joining the New London Barn and the Dartmouth College faculty, Carol was a company member of the Cleveland Play House, where she acted and directed for 10 years. At that time she also served as Interim Director of Musical Theater at Baldwin-Wallace College and appeared frequently with the Great Lakes Theater Festival. Carol is a graduate of Princeton University and received her MFA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She resides in Etna, NH with husband Peter Hackett and children Ellie and Jamie.
Beth Perregaux
Business Administrator / Subscriptions Manager bperregaux@nlbarn.org "Numbers are my thing." Beth is a graduate of Colby Sawyer College and has been a resident of New London for over 20 years. Beth has been a supporter of the New London Barn for many years and joined the staff in 2006. She also runs her own bookkeeping business and works with many local businesses. In her free time Beth enjoys being outdoors hiking, skiing, snow shoeing and walking. She is the proud mother of two sons, Timothy and Paul.
Joel Mercier
Artistic Associate & Resident Music Director jmercier@nlbarn.org Joel Mercier is happily returning to the Barn for his fourth season. Favorite NLBP shows include Hairspray, The Producers, Thoroughly Modern Millie, and last summer's The Pirates of Penzance, which won Joel the NH Theatre Award for Best Professional Music Director. In addition to his work at the Barn, Joel has credits ranging from nationally recognized theaters, summer stock, and national tours to numerous companies here in NH. Select Music Direction credits include: Crazy For You, Wizard of Oz, Falsettos, Secret Garden, Songs For a New World, Full Monty, Les Miserables, Hot Mikado, plus various NYC Cabarets. In addition, Joel has assisted numerous shows, readings, and concerts in NY, including Off-Broadway, as a Music Copyist & Supervisor. An award-winning composer, Joel's most recent piece, an original musical adaptation of Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol, was produced in Concord, NH this past holiday season and met with high regard. Joel holds a degree in Music Theatre from the Hartt School of Music and is a proud member of Actors' Equity and ASCAP.

Lillian King
Assistant Artistic Director lking@nlbarn.org Lillian King is thrilled to be back at the Barn Playhouse for summer number FOUR! Last summer she directed Side By Side By Sondheim. Recent New York projects include assisting Roger Rees and Alex Timbers on Peter and the Starcatcher at New York Theater Workshop and a reading of Strange Bare Facts (NYU Forum on Theater for Public Health). Other directing credits include: The Marriage of Bette and Boo (Dartmouth, guest director), Another Dude's Slingbacks (13th Street Repertory Company, World Premiere), A Christmas Carol (13th St. Rep.), a reading of The Dirty Hippie Jam Band Project. Lillian has also assisted on Girl Crazy (Encores), Idaho! (NYMF) and The Jazz Singer. She was a member of Portland Stage Company's directing and dramaturgy intern program, and also interned with New York Theater Workshop. Lillian graduated from Dartmouth College with a double major in Theater and Psychology. In the fall she will be attending Boston University in the MFA Directing program. Wynne DeMille
Director of the Friends wdemille@nlbarn.org A Registered Nurse by profession and theater buff by preference, Wynne has been involved in the operation of the Barn Playhouse for nearly four decades. As one of Norman Leger's "girls", Wynne has served in many different capacities over the years, from publicity to costuming to herding youthful performers, with special emphasis on archiving and marketing. As Founder and President of the Friends of the Barn Playhouse, Wynne led the 2006 effort to refurbish the 302 Art Deco chairs and other interior features of the Playhouse and each year manages major fundraising events for the Barn. Wynne looks forward to the opportunity to continue serving the Playhouse as its Director of the Friends
Mark Gostomski
Production Manager mgostomski@nlbarn.org Mark Gostomski is looking forward to a yet another wonderful season in New Hampshire at the Barn. Mark worked the 2008 season as the Technical Director and has been working as the Production Manager ever since. During the rest of the year, when not at the Barn, Mark works as the Technical Theatre teacher and Technical Director for Davidson Fine Arts in Augusta GA, where he has been teaching since 2003. Mr. Gostomski has also worked as a designer and technician for theatres in Georgia, South Carolina and Michigan, as well as a technical advisor for the Georgia Thespian Society. Mark is looking forward to another great season and getting reacquainted with all of his Barn family.
Josh Feder
Artistic Associate & Director of the Jr. Intern Program jfeder@nlbarn.org Josh Feder has performed on the mainstage and taught the acting class here. Recent directing credits include the Short Play Lab in NYC and 42nd Street (also choreographer) at the Lebanon Opera House. He was the Assistant Director on Band Geeks! (NAMT, Ars Nova), 1776 (Paper Mill) and Pirates! (Huntington). He has choreographed in NYC (Nunsense, A Christmas Carol) and for teen productions of Les Miserables, Beauty and the Beast, and The Day May Saved the Day, a new musical. He has been a Production Manager with Goodspeed Musicals, the Literary Assistant at The Playwrights Realm, and an intern for New York Theatre Workshop. A graduate of Dartmouth College , he there directed Urinetown (also choreographed), and The Last 5 Years, choreographed Side Show and co-directed MIDSUMMER. Josh teaches dance at Terpsichore Dance and Theatre Company.
Martha Bristol
House Manager / Usher Coordinator mbristol@nlbarn.org Martha Bristol lives in Wilmot and is employed by Lake Sunapee Bank. She has been an usher and previous usher coordinator with the Barn Playhouse for more than 16 years. Martha has been involved in Community Theater through SKIT and the Newport Opera House in many aspects both on and off stage. She had the pleasure of portraying Penny Sycamore in You Can't Take It with You under the direction of both Norman Leger for the unofficial opening of the 50th Anniversary of the Barn Playhouse and more recently with Charles H. Massey in Newport. She is looking forward to seeing old friends and meeting new friends on the porch this summer!
